College students, who are by definition already reasonably privileged, and whose reason for attending is to advance up the capitalist ladder and become even more privileged, making demands from authority, while simultaneously stating that they won't accept concessions....

There's a supreme irony in all this (several layers of it, actually). Rather than entering institutions which represent everything you claim to oppose, in order to take them over, why not reject them from the outset and create your own institutions? Because you recognize that they hold the keys to the upper-class lifestyle you secretly want? Yes, but you want to pretend you stood for something better, so you can look back after settling into suburbia and say you earned it.
