where did this "some of us" arise from? anarchists who found each other i am guessing.
i get what you are saying, but what you don't get is that your proposal is step #2, and step #1 is meeting other anarchists who can be a crew of people who will be on the same page and all intervene in struggles together.
unless you go out and try to intervene in struggles alone all the time? is that case? most people won't do anything like trying to intervene in points of tension alone, because it is boring, feels awkward, is lonely, makes you feel like a wingnut, etc... etc....
you, and anyone else who "looks outward" all already have have crews. you are on step #2, and criticizing others for taking step #1, which is a necessary step to GET TO step #2.
