E. Armand, “Plan for an Anarchist Individualist International” (1927)

I have to say it holds up pretty well for a 92 year old document. I would change some things but this would certainly be a good start for a re-baselined 21st century anarchism. I like the fist sentence exclusions(particularly the syndicalists:)). Today that list would extend to ancommies and decolonizers(along with the other orthodox 1968 talking points and positions).

Individualism needs to be the new baseline for anarchism with an default agnosticism towards questions of exchange and organization. The anarch-egoist-anarchy that I advocate would of course the extra marginal nicheier option. Armand basically represents a sort of structural post-left position which at this point is the 21st century minimum going forward for any good continuing anarchism.
