I can translate it for you. I

I can translate it for you. I’ll post the link as soon as I can get it done. I don’t know how long it may take. Stay tuned.

Is there any specific part you are particularly interested in that should be given priority in the order of translation?

What I've translated so far

I was hoping to get this done sooner, and in it's entirety.
I've been busy with other things, but also the text is kind of too much of melodramatic bad poetry for my taste, so it adds a bit of uphill to the reading.

The only translator's note I'll add so far is that the word "compañero or compañerx" which in many cases in some translations I've seen around is left as is, as if it were a very unique untranslatable word, is alternatively translated as "partner or friend" according to the context. "Partner" would be the more literal translation that does not denote the true meaning, "friend" is also imprecise, but indicates the closeness sometimes implied. The truer meaning would be conveyed by "partner in the struggle", or "partner in crime", all this to avoid the word "comrade" for its communist connotations and associations, even though it would not be a bad word to use in this sense.

The author of the editorial has a strange writing style, ending sentences and adding commas in weird spots. I did not edit the style so it would be easier to understand or be more pleasing to me (as I shouldn't).
Any mistakes in the translation are solely mine, and I am not a professional.
Here is barely like 1/5th of the whole text:

Mauri... the offensive does not forget you { Texts from the anarchist friend }

Editorial “In memory of our friend and accomplice Mauri… When your warrior heart ceases to beat in you, in order to do so in all of us, with its sweet and anarchic force.

Reminding us that life is struggle and death is part of it.” “We must not forget that he died with his eyes fixed on his target.

And this fact must shake us, it should help to open our eyes.

We are at war, the blows will be many, in diverse ways, but a warrior is made in such a manner, when they don't stop, when they don't falter, when they make of their life, among other things, one continuous overcoming of obstacles.

The crudeness of death strikes us, and such is the turmoil that at times it's hard to believe that it's happening.

Death or jail is not just a slogan.

Today for us that is a phrase tattooed in blood and fire.”[1] Each drop of ink, each sigh is dedicated to him with special affect and love for all of those that are persecuted.

Also dedicated to our friend Zoe who lost their life in France as a result of the unexpected explosion of the artifact that they were building during the dawn of April 31st.

…our war is also for all of you!

Introduction September 11, 2009.

Since 2004 various anarchist and anti-authoritarian groups have gone forth towards the concrete offensive against the structures of capital.

Detonations and fires have been utilized against banks, police stations, detective headquarters, institutional buildings, newspapers, lighting towers, and churches.

The objective of the insurgents has known no limits.

The press counted around a hundred explosions claimed by groups against all forms of authority.

The powerful feel the blow and they respond giving no quarter.

They assign 3 prosecutors con dedicated exclusively to investigate and identify the authors of the different attacks.

It's broadcasted to the four winds that when they detain a suspect, they will apply "all the weight of the law", referring here to the Antiterrorist Law, with all the aggravating factors that they may be capable of making up.

The beast is thirsty for blood.

Day by day, month by month, it suffers the humiliation of new attacks.

The powerful will have their payback for that shame, when finally a detainee is squirming in between their teeth .

A name and a face upon which to lay down all their arsenal..

Threat after threat, neither power, nor prosecutors, nor the police, nor all the intelligence agencies, have been able to identify, nor detain those who have transgressed the law.

Facing this situation the government, through their spokesmen, decreed two months term for them to obtain concrete results.

Prosecutors are rounded up, blood is demanded.

5 Facing that pressure Chahuán (the national prosecutor) only babbles threats through television, while Jacir y Armendáriz (full-time dedicated prosecutors) opt for silence, better to shut up than to keep making a fool of themselves.

The year 2008 says farewell with an event seemingly merely related to police affairs, taken out of the crime section of the newspaper, but it generates deeper repercussions than what could have been thought of at first.

The self-denominated anarchist Gustavo Fuentes Aliaga, who was on probation for carrying Molotov bombs, the same person that had been identified by the media many times before due to his widely publicized trials for drug trafficking and face-off with the police, stabs his partner and flees, leaving them for dead.

This event generates the perfect excuse for the different squatted houses to be raided.

During the supposed search for "the cricket", they break up the houses in which he hung around, with more or less frequency.

They weren't looking for him, as it would later be confirmed, what they took from each house that was raided was nothing more than bicycles, clothes, tools, gas tanks, anarchic material, etc. what they intend is to prove the already well publicized thesis of the squats and the bombings being interlinked like an unequivocal equation.

They're looking in the squats for someone to convict, thus quenching their thirst for revenge

Finally “the cricket” is detained (well before various other raids were carried out) and after a few months in prison, the authorities themselves make public the collaboration of this guy with the police.

In his madness, he claims as his own some of the attacks with bombs and accuses his stabbed partner as the responsible of others still.

After learning that she had survived, he disclaims everything, declaring himself innocent, detracting from what was already declared.

The expert witnesses proved later on that he did not participate at all in the direct actions.

There is only delirium, interest for figuring out.

In what did he collaborate?

In handing out information about what is the type of anarchist organization.

He turns on lights where there was only darkness.

He points out the networks and the motives to carry out the attacks.

He gives facts that help form profiles and the global map as to where to strike.

He COLLABORATES, thus achieving a reduction in his sentence from one of attempted homicide to just one for domestic violence.

In spite of the threats and the raids, the bombings don't stop, 6 but towards the end of a fateful May of 2009 la history takes a totally different course....

Early in the morning of May 22, a bicycle rides through the cold Santiagoan night.

A friend carries in his backpack the insurgent's dream.

In his belt he carries a revolver with which he'll stave off any reaction by the jailers.

He carries with him a homemade bomb and a sole objective is clearer with each push of the pedals: to attack the police academy.

Around 1:30 in the morning, he makes his last stop, just one city block separates him from carrying out the action.

He stops to check the clockwork mechanism attached to an extinguisher filled up with gunpowder.

But in one second, an unexpected accident accelerates the detonation.

A great explosion occurs and a deafening noise expands and echoes through the battered streets of the Marta neighborhood.

The bomb that should have detonated in the face of the powerful, upon activating throws the body of our friend in the middle of the street.

He dies instantly.

The cold body corresponds to Mauricio Morales Duarte, to the punky Mauri, to crusty, krazy dog, mongrel, uncle panky, mabri, dozens of names for a single brother.

The press and the police celebrate the death of an anarchist and new raids of squats and social centers are unleashed.

Now they look for a possible accomplice, they look for evidence that can provide more data, more characters.

Mauri hung around squats, therefore, they seek to find in them the supposed remains of the bomb fabrication.

But who was Mauri?, why do some insist on remembering him beyond a personal matter?..why do many want to avoid at all cost that he's forgotten?

In the war against power, in the historic struggle that thousands of our friends have fought against domination, in all epochs and places of the world, many of our siblings have fallen in combat, much blood has been spilled.

Hundreds of streets, jails and cages have witnessed hearts stopping in an action against authority.

Thus we understand Mauri's death, as a possible consequence of rising up as opponents against all authority, but that doesn't mean that we'll analyze the topic of our fallen from the realm of abstraction.

Cancelling him within the cold number of a statistic.

Behind each friend that has died in combat there is a whole life, a world of subjectivities, a condensation of analysis, a path they took, thousands of reflections that lead them to take certain decisions, a path that leads them to death, not as a pastime, not in search of banal sensations, but instead because of really being convinced that this way of carrying on with the world must end, that passivity in the face of everyday exploitation, makes you complicit and that in our hands and ingenuity is condensing the worst of the menaces to the established order.

War is not a game, no.

It's not pleasing in its entirety, regardless of the satisfaction that concreting the attack may generate.

Who enjoys losing all the time?, losing brothers to death, jail, fleeing or settling into the life of capital or even worse, the settling into a life that appears to oppose capitalist ideology, but in its hours it only encloses ambiguous attitudes, that obey the mood with which they got up in the morning more than a position of war, in which life is urgent, because combat is now, it was yesterday and without a doubt will be tomorrow, in an infinite succession of terrains in which to fight.

The path to avoid deifying our friends that have passed on, that power has stolen from us, Mauri, cannot be the oblivion.

Our decision is not to abandon him, nor to ever forget him.

How can you forget someone who you carry as a tattoo in the long haul?

Someone who you miss constantly?...

Mauri was, is, an anarchist friend, actually an anarchist apprentice as he jokingly liked to call himself.

A brother that throughout his life went through different phases, crossing tendencies and intersections in the critique of capital, the State and authority.

Partisan of social organization, of the organization of masses, derived throughout the years into the construction of statements tending towards affinity and free association.

In the final moment of his life he considered himself an antisocial individualist, embracing the nihilist idea.

Avid reader of Ted Kazcinscqui* and his vision of technological society, and of Elise Reclus, Max Stirner, Emile Armand, Alfredo 8 Maria Bonnano and of course of Severino Di Giovanni,he made his own many of the experiences that he could gather from these writings.

Fully understanding that the best homage is life dedicated to combat, that there is no other poetry than action itself.

With this edition we're not looking to deify nor to generate a blind admiration for our friend, on the contrary, we're stubborn in that it should be Mauri himself the one who speaks.

That it be his own words the ones to describe him.

He's undoubtedly a complex being, as are all of us who know that capital is not only to be attacked with gunpowder, it's also attacked by annulling the capitalist ideology that has been forcefully planted in each of us for years.

The challenge then, goes through despoiling ourselves of all of those imposed values and beginning to forge our own, free from all authority.

In that path sometimes we stumble, we get frustrated, searching for paths that would take us towards full freedom.

That's really how a life is read, assuming the contradictions that some moments may present, but that with each step they're looking to distill the path itself, without stopping to lament, learning from the mistake, and rethinking positions, giving us the necessary radicality to turn into complete warriors.

We hope through the edition of this material, to be able to give voice to Mauri, to cross the threshold of death.

It will be through his writings and actions that you will be able to clarify if he is or not a friend for you.

Mauri's life, the one he chose to live, is an undeniable propaganda by the deed, insurrection is not a dead letter for him, not even with all the weight of the law, nor with all the threats and the tracing he was subjected to.

And since his life is propaganda of the anarchist and anti-authoritarian idea, we hope by means of this publication to contribute to the actions of other friends, convinced that the warriors everywhere, will rise up, to do what they consider convenient.

His whole existence is not in these pages, his passing through this time and his crossing with our lives is not condensed here.

No experience can be summarized into a bit of ink and paper, much less the story of whom decides to defy the powerful, in all possible forms and places.

There aren't pages that encompass those who died fighting power.

We wish that this is not the last compilation of his writing, because we 9 are not the owners of his reflections, anecdotes or analysis.

We hope that increasingly more materials linked to him see the light of day, not as a fetish, not as a date in the calendar, but as heartfelt memory, as memory that anxiously desires the moment of materialization.

A separate mention is deserved by all those who have raised their voice, be it publicly, intimately or in a shy manner, to criticize Mauri, his act and while they're at it, all direct offensives against power.

This is not new topic, historically there have existed those who even while carrying the black flag of anarchy, solo condense in themselves petty politicians whose ultimate end is not the destruction of power, of authority.

What are they after?, criticizing, in greater or lesser extent the distribution of riches, the quantity of hours of work, but that they don't feel the urgency for the destruction of the organization of the worlds such as we know it.

Reason for which they attempt to annul the desperation that could be born in other partners.

And let's be clear once and for all, whoever does not despair before the bitter reality of exploitation, whoever is not burdened by the bars that separate hundreds of brothers of different species and countries, whoever can live calmly while the destruction of the earth is produced, whoever mocks the war against authority because they think it fictional, whoever lives happily and proud because anarchism is taught in the classroom of a bourgeois institution, whoever believes that the bomb that killed Mauri is only a toy artifact, that person will live the rest of their life looking at the seconds tick away, the shadow behind their back.

These persons are not carriers of any statement against authority.

Very on the contrary and in the end, they only look to position themselves as a reference point behind which one has to stand in line.

They seek to silence the hate in others because they don't want, it's not their plans, to become into a threat to authority.

They try at all cost to apply makeup to anarchism, accommodating to the existing order, living the life of the good Samaritan, who critiques the State, but lives just how the law orders them to, they want to "change the world", ambiguity that could well be understood as the creation of a "Proletarian State", with all the social organization that that entails.

The silence these days has been broken by different levels of stupidities, like the critique that direction action has faced in different spaces.

Imbecility sometimes has no limits.

They've criticized Mauri and every single insurrected heart while they're at it, because they consider it a vanguard, an expression of the petite-bourgeoise that only looks to satisfy a moment of adrenaline.

They analyze direct action like an expression of infantile madness that will calm down when life and its bills channel them towards the true tranquil resting place of the still waters of academic critique.

From the abstraction of time and geographic space in which war is waged against authority.

Here and now.

By our very selves, with the means we have, in free association and sharpening our affinity.

Whoever does not see the war, will succumb before it, sooner than later, paying a high cost for the saliva spent on insulting partners that with pride have known how to forge their lives in an eternal combat against power.

To pretend to dictate the trends and forms of the attack is a slap against freedom itself, it's to relativize two key concepts: autonomy and power

Because by trying to rise above individual autonomy, they evidence their craving for power.

Anarchy as such is canceled, the masks fall off and the makeup no longer works to hide the face of those who fear the intensification of conflicts .

Those who decree between lines that violence should remain in the monopoly of the State (because maybe they don't fear its organizations) or that in the same fashion it should remain for the exclusive use of the organized people, are clearly the police of the dissidence.

By denying the possibility of individual action or attack perpetrated by an affinity group, the turn into speakers of the ideology of capital, but for different reasons, not for those already espoused by any capitalist, that of defending their own interests and privileges, but even more pathetic still, they condemn individual action for fear.

Fear of consequences, fear of the unruliness that can be produced, fear of others' revolt.

Fear that it will no longer be they who control the revolt.

Fear of the insurrection that no longer acknowledges leaders nor acronyms, that takes back savage life and the bonfire that will destroy all vestiges of authority, of the society that imposes, frames and regulates the ways of living.

Terrorized by the free association which destroy in a single passing the organizations that they want to raise so much.

If each one of us understood the value of action, if they measured in its full potential the effect it generates, in ourselves, in our partners, and above all in the enemy, less documents would be written on the Internet and more steps would go forward towards the traced goal.

11 In this clarity of analysis there are many partners that fully comprehend that to contribute to destruction the are thousands, hundreds of ways, as many as we are capable of conceiving in our heads.

Others have already said it without fear, none is worth more than the other, all contribute to cracking the existing order.

Have courage!

no partner that goes on the offensive will be alone.

From those who live insurrection like a continuous practice of attack, there's a universe of gestures to await.

Solidarity is not a dead word, it's not a metaphor, it's materiality that many will make it be felt through long and wide of the Earth.

We add to this edition, reflections of close partners and the memory made action by other partners from different parts of the world, that show with their gesture that memory is not a personal topic, it's living propaganda of the insurrectional position.

Mauri brother, this goes out for you....

*Ted Kazyinsky: distinguished partner from EE.UU.

that through parcel bombs sabotaged and attacked the techno-industrial system.

He wrote texts like “Unabomber Manifesto”, “Hit where it hurts”, “The ship of fools” among others.

He's captured by the FBI through the snitching of his brother.

Due to the strict regimen kept in prison when Ted writes he's forbidden to make apology of violence, having to make explicit the condemnation of ilegal acts.

When Mauri speaks and cites Kazyinsky it reflects such a situation of incommunication.

Evidently.

Mauri never had any problem with actions that transgressed or not imposed legality and feeling an evident sympathy for Ted.
