Jeremy Hammond has been in jail with no bond since March 5, 2011. On November 19, 2012 he will finally appear in court for a bond hearing. Supporters are gathering in New York for a rally before court; we in Chicago join them in solidarity.

November 19 also marks 6 months that the NATO 5 have been held at Cook County Jail on trumped up terrorism charges. Three of them have a hearing that morning, which some supporters will attend after the rally.

The rally will include a noise demo and speak out with supporters of Jeremy Hammond, the NATO 5, and other political prisoners. These cases are linked by methods of entrapment, denial of bond, and targeting of activists based on political views. We will not let them succeed in isolating our comrades. We will not let them succeed in intimidating activists from following their political beliefs. We do not forgive, we do not forget. Expect us.
