<table><tr><td>In the days and weeks leading up to Mayday '06, there had been discussions amongst Chicago anarchists about how to respond to the burgeoning immigrant's rights movement. The relevance of this issue and its connection to wider struggles is obvious to us. The general feeling was that we wanted to stand in solidarity with the marchers, but not be a distraction from them or alienate anyone with our militance. After all, there were going to be many undocumented people there who would not appreciate being put at risk of arrest or deportation.

<table><tr><td>On April 20, 2006 Anarcho-Ecological Resistance movement conducted an action in the regional parliament of the Perm region, protesting against the poisoning of local residents by exhaust fumes from the illegal incineration of solid-propellant rockets (or missiles) within city limits with full knowledge of the local authorities.

Greece: Anarchists/Leftists clash with fascists at Panteion University

<table><tr><td>On Thursday April 13th around noon a member of the fascist organization “golden dawn� was spotted inside the grounds of Panteion University suspected of attacks against the anti-authoritarian commune in the university. As it was later revealed he is the son of a high ranking police officer. When students atttempted to approach him at point blank he pulled out a gun and aimed at them but before he was able to use it he was disarmed. He was then taken to the dean where a second gun was found amongst his belongings.
