On 11 February 2016, I issued an initial personal statement on the Michael Schmidt affair.[1] I completely rejected the irredeemable racist and right-wing statements attributed to Schmidt, which were mainly posted under false names online. They represent positions I have consistently opposed, for decades, to the best of my abilities. I noted problems with his explanation, centred on the claim that his posts and false personas were solely means for infiltrating the radical right for undercover research.

From Guts Magazine by Clémence x. Clémentine on November 25, 2016

We wrote “Against the Couple-Form” in 2010.
After some revisions, it appeared in 2012.

It can be tricky finding compatibility in dating and relationships at the best of times. So how do anarchist views and ways affect these things, especially considering anarchists make up a tiny percentage of the overall population?

Does dating within established anarchist circles help? Or does this become stagnant at some point?

For people living outside major centres, how do you find people to date who are of like mind or even who are not hostile to your ways?

Beth Payne laughed out loud at the suggestion that the AR-15s and AK-47s she and other members of the Phoenix John Brown Gun Club were toting a week or so back at the Arizona Capitol were AirSoft replicas of the real thing.

“They do make AirSoft guns that look like real guns,” Payne, 35, said during a recent interview at Phoenix’s Fair Trade Cafe. “But it seems like a stupid way to get shot by a cop, waving a gun that’s a toy.”

TOTW: Paranoia: the mind killer

Strong relationships are built on good communication. While the anarchist diaspora is not synonymous with insurrectionary culture its influence is felt clearly among any publicly self-identified parties. Regardless of lifestyle we, as anarchists, carry a certain weight among us. To evade this association is to ignore our edge as innovators. However, the deeper our connection with our anarchist principles the less relatable we become to those unfamiliar with the Beautiful Idea.
