hmm...the two songs from last week tagged along at the bottom of the description...sneaky sneaky.

and now i'll comment about the dynamic or (lack of) "chemistry" between the two discussing the TOTW this time.
i think it's great and important that @ people from different ages and generations come into dialogue. if it comes out as awkward, maybe it's not even due to the ages, but the personalities, it still doesn't matter, because it's not for entertainment, it's real people having a conversation. if i remark on it it's because i'm still performing the role of the asshole ungrateful spectator.

if i wanted to properly participate, i'd stick to the topic and not mention any of the previous superficial things that might make someone self-conscious and maybe discourage them to keep giving us these gifts.

i was also too young during those events and they're not a significant point of reference where i live. i remember seeing a random graffiti around that time that said "dile no a la globalización". that graffiti stuck around long enough that i got to learn what globalization meant, and at my still young age i could grasp how silly it was. how could ordinary people just "say no" to globalization? i was not an @ until recently, so imagining that could somehow imply something like protesting trade laws or sabotaging commerce? i don't know.

i had seen circled a's before, never knew what they meant, had to wait until i studied in college, almost finishing, to even hear a first mention of anarchists in passing, yet the communist manifesto was a required reading in first year.

now that im listening to the whole show attentively, i honestly think @news would benefit from refraining from talking about him. JZ would probably like it better that way, it would be a sort of mutual respect: after all, he has been complaining about @news for a while, and all of us here are still a little confused as to what the issue is. Black seed and crew have also mocked him with so many words.

but the chisel cringe did give me a nice chuckle. I'm still mostly a value-free dirtbag.

Obsolete things which persist should be called out for what they are, and you call yourself a nihilist, shame on you!

chisel cringe?!!! you must be confusing names, chisel has never been cringe!!!!!

in a humorous way.

And no i'm not "calling out" anybody, I'm just saying my two cents. My ideas on nihilism are not zero-preference fake hogwash, and i don't even come on here very much and thecollective doesn't care much about what i think. My posts overall are kinda boring and redundant sometimes. The JZ + @news relationship is pretty comically strange, that's all. I have some respect for things JZ says but his shows consist of him just reading the news and recycling complaints about technology, and apparently he doesn't support TK.

Oh and i don't think calling me out for my username is any less repetitive. People here constantly do it. But go on, I'm not offended or surprised. I'm just like the anarchists on here in the sense that I like to flesh out and explain what I say. Sometimes people misinterpreting me makes me mad. Whatever. Have a nice life.

Visit the Abyss for once and see what nihil means, in the meantime, DIE INSIDE, YES, DIE INSIDE !!!

i've never seen that level of blatant hostility coming from JZ. Well, listen to what he says for the sake of reality acceptance, jeez...

it all comes back to criticism for showing people what the ITS people say, i mean, isn't it also kinda a warning that they exist?? Idk, both sides are kinda stupid. I understand why @news shows people their writings, i also think it's kinda dumb to promote their stuff, I've been kinda guilty of it, and criticizing them for being fake idiots.

I remember one of his shows, the first call of the night was from some confused kid, sounded alienated and cynical, why not in this sick world, and the kid was trying to articulate, but couldn't get the words out, I know what it feels like, I've been there, and JZ hangs up on the kid, mutters something like "aargh, damn nihilists, don't know what they want " or words to that effect. That was rude and cold, DAMN FREAKIN COLD!!!

No this show was this year, Lanzar was in 2011. Nihilists don't fit the profile as shooters, who are usually fully enmeshed within the religious or ideological obsessions within Western culture, in fact the opposite of the nihilist. Anyway, Lanzar was very articulate and a confident fast speaking non-kid.
Nice try at diverting the topic of JZ's ill manners as possibly justified if speaking to a mass murderer.

to what i said earlier. I only really think the publication of EE is stupid in the sense that people are effectively putting a target on their on heads. There's a reason why the actual EE writers remained anonymous. But not my turf, thecollective and LBC knows west coast anarchists way better than I do. End of story, good discussion yall, im taking my customary detox. I definetly think those writings should remain in the archives as long as possible...

KILL, KILL, KILL, MWAHAHAHAHA! SATAN! BLAIR WITCH, EDGY DEATH METAL BANDS.
