So they think there are some interesting things being done by people who aren't anarchists. boo hoo. they say in the opening paragraphs, "We will not evaluate the movement based on its ideology" - that sounds like a pretty big qualification for how they're looking at the struggle in hong kong. Similarly, they make the point in section 5 about how what's going on there is ambiguous and therefore needs to be engaged with critically. Presumably anarchists can also make the mature decision to engage with their content critically as well rather than throwing a fit.
