What I see here is a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation. It's obvious that the people who wrote this cared about Aragorn, and that they weren't part of his faction, and that they were sad about the way that his faction got excluded. They ask some pretty good questions about how to make sure this doesn't happen.

If CrimethInc. had not published anything about Aragorn, they would have been further marginalizing him. If they just published a short thing, it would have been like they were paying lip service to him. Publishing a big text like this is a way of saying that what he was doing should matter to all anarchists, not just a faction.

People from the faction around Aragorn are bound to be mad about people they regard as enemies talking about him. People from anti-Aragorn factions are going to be mad at CrimethInc. for publishing something that isn't about canceling him. The factional conflicts continue, but they shouldn't determine how we remember a person who did so much for all of us.
