I've re-listened to the whole series and I have to say Rydra got down to asking great questions of the others by refusing them the 'luxury' of denial: of pretending that if one thinks a certain way, the unwanted stuff will just disappear. Rydra, would you consider critiquing work. I'm reading David Graeber's 'Bullshit Jobs' which I'm finding to be a decent attempt at outing one of the most pernicious spaces, institutions, call it what you will: the work place. It staggers me that so many (anarchists so-called), egoists and other ists don't or won't critique work. Apart from Bob Black, who else has provided a modern take on something which is often sadomasochistic? Many anarchists even have a dig at people for raising the subject of work making it even harder.
