Neoliberalism is a very non-specific problem and many of that lot do not understand that its emergence is largely to do with cheap fossil fuel depletion and capital and state basically safe guarding wealth and power. What was always needed was an awareness of energy depletion and an anti-state and capitalist appropriated technological plan to deal with this post-oil crunch cheep energy decline fallout.
