No, the Jews after there release from Egyption slavery were given the area of present day Arabian Peninsula from Yemen in the south to Syria in the north. in which their 7 tribes (clans) wandered. The priests/princes of the clan that had dominance in the present day Jerusalem befriended the Romans to use them to assist in conquering their rival cousins. The idea of 7 united tribes is propaganda, rather, fierce warlords controlleď various regions and with the help of the Romans made Jerusalem a booming mercantile hub where Jewish money-lenders became wealthy and prospered on slavery and taxing those of the outer forbidden zones.
