We see in contemporary US anarchism a ceaseless grasping at straws -- generally fringe-liberal or even Stalinist ones; IGD for example seems to borrow heavily from early 1970s New Left Maoism -- tending to show a underlying lack of useful critical tools for understanding what 21st century capitalism is, and how to go about fighting against it, with the goal of toppling and abolishing it.
