what does it say of inter-ethnic violence like the Rwanda genocide or the still-ongoing ethic massacres in Ethiopia?

The deeply-anarchist critique that draws the same line between those and the violence used by White racists and cops against Black people is rooted in the same observation of this pattern, i.e. ID pols being a set up that leads to inter-ethnic group violence. This is a critique that the maoists and ID pols neoliberals can't recuperate.

It's about how people get to be brainwashed, enrolled and instrumentalized through herd dynamics, to be used to gain/consolidate/defend more POWER for their respective group.

Inherently a Black person is no Black person, but a person. Racists, as well as other authoritarians including ID pols, are those seeking to erase this latter reality; they are seeking to erase the person, to a point of bluntly "erasing" them physically. That's what you get from ideologies that deny the person.
