But how does being trans equal being queer, gay, lesbian, bi or radical? In my experience typical trans behaviour/presentation reinforces, and actually most often is, "heteronormative assimilation" or at least heteronormative confirmation- its almost exclusively modelling and fetishizing sexist stereotypes. I haven't been able to locate any convincing writing that links being trans, in the sense of 'i am literally a woman in a male body", with sexual liberation, genuine self-creation, queer insurrection, anarchic experimentation, etc.
