If you are getting an error when trying to listen to the podcast over the last few weeks, we are working on a fix. Alternative ways to listen, if it doesn't work in usual browser, include, for example, launching another browser like Chrome, instead of Firefox and trying from there. A web browser without a prior memory of ANEWS podcast listening seems to work fine, or over mobile smart phone regardless. If these options don't work for you, plz post comment here and let's chat. thanx,

needs to be done away with. It can be done. But if your activities are based in the mainstream then you've got no chance. You gotta let go and be in solitude for a while to re-write your pace of life. I've slowed down. I no longer drive. I walk most places. I don't have a television. I don't wear a watch. Being alone and living a very simple life does away with time. I've had to break habits over years to do be patient. Ariel always seems stressed to me.
