Call for Submissions of Audiovisual Materials, Fair, Workshops, and Artistic Presentations

We are receiving submissions of audiovisual materials of an anarchist nature in all its aspects, as well as materials that in some way relate to the anarchist struggle.
 

SELECTION CRITERIA
 

– We accept proposals from all over the world.
 

– Music videos, films, short films and feature films.
 

– We do not accept audiovisual materials made with government or private funds. Only independent audiovisuals.
 – We encourage submissions of audiovisual materials made with a cell phone.
 – We do not accept films made with AI – Artificial Intelligence of any kind.
 

HOW TO SUBMIT? – AUDIOVISUAL MATERIALS
 – Send the material on a drive platform or in a way that allows us to download it, with a description (synopsis), the trailer if available, and a promotional flyer.
 

– If you will not be present on the days of the event, we request a video – it does not need to be a close-up – to present the material on the day of the event.
 

!!! We request that audiovisual materials submitted in languages ​​other than PORTUGUESE (SPANISH and ENGLISH, for example) already have Portuguese subtitles. We cannot translate materials other than SPANISH, ENGLISH, and PORTUGUESE. !!!
 

– We also translate materials that are in PORTUGUESE into SPANISH, as a way to make them accessible to immigrants and visitors from other parts of Abya Yala.
 

MATERIALS STAND
 – Send what you will be exhibiting, and whether or not you have a table.
 – Please indicate if you need a table.
 – Vegan food and alcohol-free space.
 

WORKSHOPS
 – Send a description of the workshop proposal, duration, materials and spaces needed from the organization.
 – Send a promotional flyer.
 

ARTISTIC PRESENTATIONS
 – We accept any form of artistic expression. Theater, music, dance and visual exhibition.
 

– Send a description of the presentation.
 

– Materials and spaces needed from the organization.
 

– A promotional photo.

PLEASE INDICATE TO THE ORGANIZATION IF YOU WILL NEED ACCOMMODATION FOR THE EVENT. HOW MANY DAYS, HOW MANY PEOPLE AND WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
