I really like the new direction. Not that the old one was bad, but it was more reading text books. The new podcast direction is fun, and covers a lot more applied knowledge and background which helps me identify with the writers/speakers. I also live in Missouri as well, so it’s nice to hear about things that aren’t always in Portland.
