Bristol. UK. Toby’s trial began on 6th October at Bristol Crown Court. The charges for administration of 325.nostate.net, funding of terrorism through the website and dissemination of and collection of material useful to terrorists have now been dropped due to lack of evidence.

The other charges of possession of Class A and B drugs with intent to supply, producing a class B drug and a further count of class AA drug possession are still being pursued. At this present time we understand this could carry a jail term of 3-6 years imprisonment.
The Operation Adream that has been unleashed by the British state is an attempt to destroy 325 & its publications, an attack on counter-information that is connected to the repression that has been ramped up on this island since the pandemic and resulting lockdowns, a repression that has always existed, an attack on any form of active revolt here.
We do not believe in guilt and innocence, neither in passivity, only in solidarity that contributes to the continuation of the conflict against the existent.
Strength & Solidarity to anarchist comrade Toby Shone!
Nothing is over, the conflict continues!

Hi,
My name is Shakil Chapra, I was in HMP Wandsworth with my Comrade Toby Shone from November 2020 till September 2021 when I was transferred to another prison. Toby and me were very close companions in there, we were the only 2 prisoners on our wing that were remanded on Terror Charges and spent hours having very deep meaningful discussions. He also helped me start up a petition to protest the prisons attempt to close down our wings Laundry which I was in charge of and which was like a hub and safe space for us to gather and discuss and support each other. I was transferred out of HMP Wandsworth suddenly without any notice or time to get my affairs and belongings in order and was therefore unable to exchange contact details with Comrade Toby. If you are in contact with him please tell him that Shakil Chapra (the laundry guy) salutes him and misses his company and knowledge that he shared with me. Also when he gets released I would like to stay in touch with him. Please advise me who I can give my email and phone number to, to pass onto him.
I pray my Comrade Toby finds a way out to freedom soon.
Thanks
Shakil

is there a reason you can't just write him a letter?
