From Abolition Media
In response to the call for action for Palestine, we put up this banner in Queens, New York to connect the struggle here to the valiant resistance in Palestine. While this may be a small symbolic action in comparison to what the fighters are doing in Gaza and the West Bank, we hope they will see this as a salute to their efforts. The work they are doing on behalf of the Palestinian people is felt around the world in struggles that have not yet blossomed, but see the potential in fighting for those who have been systematically oppressed by the United States.
Long live the resistance!

Btw not going to defend liberals but fascists, especially of the Islamic variety, have always been very anti-liberal, as well. People like you desperately need to educate yourselves on anti-colonialism, Fanon and the liberation movements of the 20th century. By your logic the entire Black freedom struggle in the US would have been enemies to you and anarchists. One could go on and on. Nat Turners rebellion would be denounced more than slavery, Jewish resistance to Germany... Oh well those jewish people are religious. There are important nuances (albeit nuances that are pretty obvious to most people on the planet) that anarchists lately seem to not understand. This is clearly partially due to white supremacy and due to the infectious liberalism that has run rampant here.
For instance, you post bourgeois propaganda without even realizing it, and view that as neutral information. Years ago it was common knowledge to most anti-capitalists that capitalist institutions are not inherently reliable forms of information. Independent and alternate views are way more common now, and the fact you went to CNN as a source, or PBS, explains it all.
One step further, since you don't look at this information closely. CNN published its own report that its news (and actually most bourgeois US news) on Palestine goes through "Israel" military propaganda censorship before you get to digest it. You'd think that would go into an "anarchists" calculations! Or would you?
One quote from a document since you probably won't actually read any of this.
“In light of the current security situation and the intensive media coverage, we wish to encourage you to submit to the Censorship all materials dealing with the activities of the Israeli Defense Forces (I.D.F.) and the Israeli security forces prior to their broadcast,” the order says. “Please update your staff of the content of this letter, with an emphasis on the news desk and field reporters.”
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/opinion/cnn-staff-reveal-how-israel-is-c…
https://theintercept.com/2023/12/23/israel-military-idf-media-censor/
One last point. Even if one assumed independent, reasonable information, why would anyone assume that these institutions which are beholden to the capitalist system would remain neutral in a conflict that is undermining the world system they rely on for their survival? The entire basis here is flawed bourgeois logic.

The Nazis were National-Socialist, like literally. A consolidation of business and state power in support of an ethno-nationalist cult, and that included a planned, controlled economy. That's not capitalism, or at least capitalist in the sense of Adam Smith or even Ayn Rand's capitalism.
Furthermore the very meaning of the Third Position implies a rejection of communism AND capitalism, while recuprating some of their aspects, like workerism and industrialism. The Ba'ath movement as well as the so-called socialists of the Palestinian groups related to Iran are not stranger to these tendencies, and conveniently have enjoyed support from post-war Nazis (in the case of Iran, Saddam and Assad regjmes, the early PFLP as well as even the early Nasser regime.

they used some completely cynical and dishonest anti-capitalist rhetoric to appeal to the german working class at the time, as fascist movements tend to do. they say whatever they think will be appealing to the majority of reactionaries, so if that's what you mean by "in their own special way", that's also called lying. lying isn't really a political position, however common it might be

disagree, here's why: anti-capitalism is fundamentally about challenging the validity of hierarchies based on who has the most materials
if it isn't, there's a terminal incoherence, therefore, other systems of dominance hierarchy are adjacent to monarchism or slightly modified forms of it, only. the would-be king who wants to usurp the old king isn't making a significant change to the theory, they're just making the case for why they would be a better king or a different sort of king. that's the cynicism, which i don't actually have a problem with. my problem is with the dishonesty of the new boss, same as the old boss
do i really need to explain to you why we shouldn't just take fascists at their word? why even focus on the cynicism? we're all probably cynical around here...

And if you knew something about the Black liberation struggle you would know that the Palestinians were the closest allies of the Black Liberation struggle in the US. The connections run super deep, but of course you don't know anything about this. Furthermore, the Nation of Islam, Malcolm X, and Nat Turner would all be called theocrats or fundamentalists by your standards and would be probably viewed worse than the Klan. The Nation of Islam isn't an odd example. That is an important historical example from Marcus Garvey's UNIA, to the Nation, to Malcolm, then to the Panthers. One can choose to ignore colonized people's history. But Black people, and other colonized people understand, and attempt to understand these nuances. Without Malcolm X joining the Nation of Islam, it is likely the Panthers would not have come into being. So again, there's a willingness here to not engage with oppressed people's traditions and look at the world with an ideological rigidity that ensures "anarchism" will stay where it is.

I don't see where Nat Turner could be considered a theocrat, or how he's got any relationship with the Palestinian movement.
Pan-Arab (then Palestinian) nationalism is a byproduct of British imperialism in the region, and then Nazi German imperialism, before it was resurrected in the '60s. There's zero instance of any ethno-national liberation movement prior to the '60s, besides the historical revisionism of some privileged Columbia Uni professor who rebrands every Arab movement in the region as "Palestinian".
Mandatory Palestine was called that way, not because there was already a "Palestine" there, but because the British were calling their colonial mandate in accordance with the Roman Empire's province of Palestina, which was the last existing iteration of Palestine as a political territorial designation. Phillistines have always been there, for sure, but Palestine was ALWAYS the political product (and vehicle) of some foreign power. And as of now, it is the vehicle of Russia and Iran.

Nat Turner was referenced not cause he was a theocrat but because he was deeply religious and believe he was acting on a religious basis in his actions. His rebellion is hardly look at as unprecedented today, which is how Palestinians actions are viewed by those who aren't beholden to Euro-nationalism.
Lastly, you can continue to attempt to justify colonialism as you chose. Just be aware it is obvious to anyone without a Klans hood what you are doing. The entity of Palestine as a designated nation-state, recognized by other states -- while an integral part of what the resistance groups are fighting for -- is secondary to what everyone clearly understands. Palestinian people are indigenous to the lands they have been displaced from by a European settler colonial project. The reestablishing of their autonomy, on their own terms, is what revolutionaries and others should be fighting for. Your attempts to disguise that argument are obvious.

Kibbutz were formed as a way to socialistically exclude non-Jewish farm labors from the Zionist economy. They did not want to become dependent on non-Jewish labor because they saw that outcome as a form of collaboration with non-Jews. A kibbutz is a tiny little ethno-state.
It's also extremely hard to tell who killed who when 28 attack helicopters completely emptied their munitions and reloaded and kept firing on positions with civilians, outside of any chain of command.
