More than 3 years of our imprisonment and more than 8 months of oral trial for the so-called ‘Bombs Case 2’.

The time spent in prison emphasizes at each moment the meaning of the life that we consciously choose since we feel the need to confront this reality of extermination and devastation with its relations of power and submission, in order to truly live, we unavoidably approach some kind of conclusion…

Declaration To The Court

“The Union of Egoists is your instrument, it is the sword with which you increase your natural strength; the Union exists thanks to you. Society, on the other hand, demands much from you and it exists without you; in short, society is sacred, Union is yours; society uses you, the Union–you use it “– Stirner

‘Security Threat Groups: The Industry of Gangs’ by Sean Swain, anarchist prisoner (USA)

In Ohio prisons, pretty much everyone is in a gang whether they’re in a gang or not. If you’re an Ohio prisoner and you’re not in a gang, prison administrators will put you in one. And if there’s no gang for you, they’ll just create a new one.
The reason is, it’s a federal bloc grant swindle. Here’s how it works:
The U.S. Department of Justice keeps a kind of database on what it calls “Security Threat Groups,” or STGs, not to be confused with STDs, or “sexually transmitted diseases.” The Department of Justice does not monitor chlamydia or gonorrhea. Yet. At least, as far as I know.

What it does monitor, Security Threat Groups, includes groups like the Bloods, the Crips, the Gangsta Disciples, the Aryan Brotherhood. Those are the larger, more-recognizable so-called Security Threat Groups.

Concerning the juridical situation of our comrade Marcelo Villaroel Sepulveda… or How state’s revenge perpetuates itself in silence

From Tormentas de Fogo

Last September, at the 4th Military Prosecutor’s Office in Santiago, the refusal of the petition to prescribe the sentences made by our comrade Marcelo several months ago was notified.

Immediately, Marcelo appealed to this refusal, leaving the resolution of the appeal in the hands of the Martial Court, where it was reaffirmed in the first days of October.

These condemnations correspond to some causes originated by actions framed in his old militancy at the “Mapu-lautaro”, organization in which our comrade was an active fighter since a very young age and of which, while imprisoned, in 1995, he was expelled because of “anarchist deviations”.
