From MTL Counter-info

Earlier today (March 5), at 6 pm, a few friends attacked an SPVM cruiser parked outside of Charlevoix metro in the Montreal neighborhood of Pointe-Saint-Charles by slashing the tires and breaking the windows.

We want to use this attack as a call for actions against police in Montreal between now and the end of March.

“A man who has a language consequently possesses the world expressed and implied by that language.” (Frantz Fanon)

Ok, let’s take a look at this mess:

• “Together as a community we are going through something no community wants to face together… It is the dignity of neighborliness, the dignity of community, it is the dignity of the city of Minneapolis… It is that strength that will carry us through as a community…My vision is that we catalyze this moment for peace…that we strengthen the bonds of our communities with police and with each other.” (Mayor Hodges)

Olympia, WA.

Wednesday, May 20th:
Two young black men, Bryson Chaplin and Andre Thompson are gunned down in the night. The shooter, a white cop named Ryan Donald is said to be a former loss prevention agent, boarder patrol officer, and US soldier. He was presumably carrying the hate and militaristic world view learned via prior engagement as a foreign occupying force, and a domestic enforcer of a racist apartheid in the Southwest. In the hours of that early morning he deploys this logic on a more local terrain.

Michael Harrison, a man in distress using a kitchen knife to wound himself, was shot multiple times by Portland Police officers on Sunday night. It has consistently been the response of the Portland Police Bureau and police worldwide to harass, wound, and murder people experiencing mental health issues. Everywhere we turn cops are killing people of color, the poor, those dealing with mental heath crisis and others marginalized in society. The message is clear that in order to serve the few the many are completely expendable.

Ill Will Editions is a relatively new multilingual zine-making project currently based in Berlin. Our focus is on anarchy, anti-politics, proletarian insurrection, trans-feminism, afropessimism, anti-prison & anti-cop activity. We envision this project as a contribution to a transatlantic circulation of theory, local analyses, and exchange around the varied forms that revolt and rebellion has taken and will continue to take.

For Phoenix area anarchists, 2014 has been a year of confrontation with the Phoenix Police Dept and an escalation of their counterinsurgency tactics against demonstrators. In April, anarchists demonstrated at the International Police Conference to draw attention to the 19 people who had already been killed by Phoenix cops in 2014. In response to that action, the police chief, Daniel V.
