From Anarchist Agency
Why it’s Important to Engage the Mainstream Media
Core to our mission at Agency is to raise the profile of anarchist ideas and the anarchist movement, and to influence the way they are treated in public conversation. Understandably, anarchists have long questioned the value of talking to the corporate-controlled, mainstream media since they so often mischaracterize and misrepresent anarchists and anarchist ideas. So why talk to them?
Uncivilized Podcast Interviews ANews
I can't help but open with our usual: hello, everyone, this is Artxmis with the uncivilized podcast. For those that do not know, the uncivilized project has come to an indefinite hiatus and has been taken offline. The original hiatus began out of a lack of interest on behalf of the creators. The taking down of the podcast happened because some members of the group behind the project feel intimidated by the trump's administration's growing venom towards anarchists and other "unamerican" elements. Before these decisions were made, I reached out to thecollective, an anonymous coalition that helps manage and moderate the site, and we were able to do an asynchronous interview. What you will read is the text version of that interview. Much love & many thanks to members of thecollective who participated and were very patient for this to come together.
From It's Going Down
About a year ago, we announced a hiatus on this project. Due to an outpouring of support, we pushed ourselves to continue, and over the last year, we’re proud of the interviews and roundups we’ve been able to produce.
From Abolition Media via Blessed is the Flame
In early September, the 4th issue of the international anarcho-nihilist/insurrectionary newspaper “Blessed Is The Flame” has been published. As always, along whith the counter-information of July and August, we have also collected texts on counter-surveillance, counter-repression and direct action.
From Anarkismo by Miguel G. Gómez - Embat
The first "black thread" in our entire history. In the 1990s, several anarcho-communist organizations existed: Organisation Socialiste Libertaire (OSL, Switzerland), OSL Argentina, Alternative Libertaire (France),[1] Federazione dei Comunisti Anarchistici (FdCA, Italy),[2] Federación Anarquista Uruguaya (FAU),[3] among others. They had been operating since the previous decade and maintained contact with each other.
Death Throes is a new counter info site reporting direct actions and propagandizing in so-called Portland, Or. We are focused primarily on tracking signals of disorder, encouraging tactical discussions towards escalating urban social war and sabotage and increasing conflictuality in Rose City. We also boost events, report backs and propaganda submissions pertaining to anarchic activity and attacks in the occupied Chinook territory. We see ourselves as supplementary to other great sites like Rose City Counter Info.
From North Shore Counter-Info
We started North Shore Counter-Info in 2018 with the intention of encouraging written reflection, principled debate and public communication for anarchists across so-called southern ontario. In the context of a growing dependence on corporate social media platforms, we wanted (and still want) to provide an anonymous alternative that prioritizes thoughtful and dangerous contributions over throwaway takes and media jargon.

From It's Going Down
A week ago, It’s Going Down published a statement announcing that we were putting this project on hiatus after ten years. Tired and burned out, we were gambling our absence wouldn’t be missed. In short, the response from readers, friends, and long time collaborators was overwhelming and clear: many feel this project is important and should continue. We appreciate all of the incredibly kind words and those who took the time to reach out to us.
