The people in Greece are under attack. This is not a revolutionary statement; Greece is under a coordinated assault by the European and International bourgeoisie, via their representatives in the ‘Institutions’. (SYRIZA’s attempts to rename the Troika to the ‘Institutions’ is nearly as revolutionary as them moving where the ticket inspectors stand in Syntagma Square Tube.) The efforts of the ‘Institutions’ are not in any attempt to solve the ‘Greek Debt Crisis’, (Itself another deliberate intervention by the bourgeoisie to make sure they were able to profit from the latest of Capitalism’s crisis.)

On Monday 22 June 2015, 40 anarchists of anarchist collective "Rouvikonas" in Athens, defied the so called majority in the streets, infiltrated at the center of a right wing protest of approximately 5.000 protesters demonstrating in favour of EU and IMF austerity measures in front of the greek parliament in Syntagma square and burned several European Union flags shocking the ultra conservative crowd.

On 16 April 2015 a dynamic protest with an anarchist bloc took place, despite the provocations of the greek riot police operating under the left government of SYRIZA, in solidarity to the residents of Chalkidiki in northern Greece fighting against the destruction of their homes, the environment and the pollution of drinking water n their area due to gold mining operations.

On April 7, 2015 following a protest of 1.500 – 2.000 anarchists in the center of Athens, riots erupted in Exarchia to bring attention to a mass hunger strike of olitical prisoners taking place in Greece since March 2, 2015. At the moment (April 10) 8 anarchists still continue the hunger strike, some of them for the 40th day.
