Baby's First Synagogue Protest: A Review

As anarchists in Montréal, though, I want us to finally catch up with comrades in some other cities’ anarchist scenes and start and identifying this half-baked claptrap as not fucking good enough. Not fit for purpose, if it ever was. These are not ideas that uphold revolt, insurrection, revolution, or “positive change” of any kinds; they uphold the management of those energies that could otherwise produce graffiti, food given away for free at the corner, upside-down cruisers with their windshields smashed in, and disrupted supply chains, including those chains that sustain the Israeli national project.

Formulating an Anarchist Approach to the So-Called “Israeli-Palestinian” Conflict

From It's Going Down

An anarchist analysis of the occupation in Palestine and a visioning of what an anarchist non-state solution might look like.

It’s called the “Israeli-Palestinian Conflict” as if it is a clash between rival ethnic groups over religion, territory, or some combination thereof. Even if the media has wanted to paint it this way, that is not what the so-called conflict really is.

Abolish Israel

From Institute of Barbarian Books

Anarchists are, after all, people who tend to be committed by principle to working towards abolishing not just the police and incarceration systems, but the very States we live in themselves (along with having dispensed of any illusion about justice under international law). Israel is a culmination of the worst aspects of authority and State power anarchists profess to oppose. Abolition is not only a natural objective, but a necessary one.

The systemic oppression and displacement of Palestinian people and the unequal cycle of deadly violence that continues to consume the lives of Israelis and Palestinians arises historically from the creation of a hypermiltarized Jewish ethnostate in Palestine.

Javier Milei’s faux anarchism and blaring support for Israel

Photo by Alisdare Hickson, taken on July 13, 2018, in London.

From A beautiful resistance

Showing how Javier Milei’s employment of the term Anarchism is nonsensical doesn’t take much effort, but nonsense is highly electable in our era. For an anarchist to run for president, he would be seeking a position he doesn’t believe should exist, and would be ideologically committed to not doing the job.

On the breaking out of the largest prison in the world

Some thoughts on the breaking out of the largest prison in the world

From Dark Nights by Rigaer94

Since a couple of weeks, we have heard from many about the necessity of expressing themselves regarding what is “happening now in Gaza”. Arguments that seem to almost suggest that a new war has started are common even in radical or anarchist circles. Since the break out from Gaza took place, the Palestinian struggle for liberation has been suffering in Germany from being reduced to Hamas’ actions. The German State, political parties, and even sometimes our comrades, are very concerned about how far or close one can be towards Hamas’ ideas. But very little about the historical roots of an asymmetric war that has lasted more than 70 years is brought into discussion by these positions. An ongoing massacre of Palestinian people has been happening since the days of British colonialism, assisted by the establishment of an apartheid regime in an artificially created settler society.

November 17-25: Global Days of Action Against Militarism & All Wars

From de.indymedia.org
October 4, 2023

The urgency to take action against war worldwide is obvious to all. The ultimate escalation to a globally devastating war seems much easier to imagine than a future without war. The destruction of the earth seems closer than the liberation from any domination. It's time for us as anarchists to stand up and organize internationally with a new show of force against all war and military.
